Melt the dark chocolate by making a double boiler with a saucepan and bowl. You can do this by adding a bit of water into a saucepan and brining it almost to a boil. Once the water is hot, add the bowl on top of it and put the dark chocolate in the bowl. Always melt over very low heat - do not boil the water and don't let any water get into the chocolate.
Using a spatula, spread chocolate evenly over the centre of the baking sheet. Aim for about 0.5 cm thickness.
Sprinkle the nuts, dried fruit and coconut chips over the chocolate. As always, you can use different toppings such as hazelnuts, pistachios and other dried fruit. Lastly add some salt and put the tray into a fridge. Let it set for 15-20 minutes.
