Put the grated potatoes in a tea towel and squeeze them. The liquid from the potatoes should pour out.
Add the potatoes in another bowl along with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Heat up a large frying pan with enough oil to cover the bottom (I use rice bran oil). Shape the hash browns into a rectangular shape on a chopping board.
When the pan is hot, use a spatula to lift the hash browns and put them in the pan. Cook the hash browns until it is golden then turn ove and repeat for the remaining batter.
