Heat a non-stick pan on high heat. After about a minute, add the oil and the tofu. Scrape out any of the remaining marinade into the pan. Stir gently and cook on high heat for 5-10 minutes. I find that after 5 minutes the water starts to evaporate and a thicker sauce is formed.
