How To Make tofu Marinade

Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • cup liquid aminos
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic grated
  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 teaspoons tomato puree

  • 500 g firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Rice bran oil

  1. Place the tofu cubes into a large sealable container.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Pour the marinade over the tofu and gently mix through without braking the tofu. Allow the marinade to sit for at least
  3. Heat a non-stick pan on high heat. After about a minute, add the oil and the tofu. Scrape out any of the remaining marinade into the pan. Stir gently and cook on high heat for 5-10 minutes. I find that after 5 minutes the water starts to evaporate and a thicker sauce is formed.
