Scrambled tofu

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small Brown onion finely sliced
  • 300 grams tofu drained and crumbled
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Liquid aminos

Instructions
 

  • Add the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Crumble the tofu into the pan and stir. Then add the turmeric powder, salt, smoked paprika powder, pepper and liquid aminos. Stir well and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve on a slice of toast and enjoy!
