Breakfast Yoghurt Parfait
Ingredients
- ½ cup Coconut yoghurt
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Muesli
- 1 small Banana cut into slices
- ½ cup Frozen mixed berries
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the coconut yoghurt and maple syrup together.
- In two 250 ml jars, add 1 Tbsp of the coconut yoghurt.
- Add 1/2 of the banana and 1 Tbsp of muesli. Repeat this process once more.
- At the end, divide the berries evenly between the jars. Store in the fridge overnight or enjoy as breakfast on the go.
