Breakfast Yoghurt Parfait

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Muesli
  • 1 small Banana cut into slices
  • ½ cup Frozen mixed berries

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the coconut yoghurt and maple syrup together.
  • In two 250 ml jars, add 1 Tbsp of the coconut yoghurt.
  • Add 1/2 of the banana and 1 Tbsp of muesli. Repeat this process once more.
  • At the end, divide the berries evenly between the jars. Store in the fridge overnight or enjoy as breakfast on the go.
