Creamy Hummus

- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 2 cans Chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- ⅓ cup Olive oil
- 3 Tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. You can add more oil/water for a smoother consistency.
- Cool the hummus in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.
