Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • cup Olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. You can add more oil/water for a smoother consistency.
  • Cool the hummus in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.
