Crispy Sunday Hash Browns
Ingredients
- 3 large Agria potatoes
- 1 large Brown onion
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 cup Chickpea flour
- 1 Tbsp Tapioca starch
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Put the grated potatoes in a tea towel and squeeze them. The liquid from the potatoes should pour out.
- Add the potatoes in another bowl along with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Heat up a large frying pan with enough oil to cover the bottom (I use rice bran oil). Shape the hash browns into a rectangular shape on a chopping board.
- When the pan is hot, use a spatula to lift the hash browns and put them in the pan. Cook the hash browns until it is golden then turn ove and repeat for the remaining batter.
